Notre système de précommande se répartie en deux étapes.

Tout d'abord, nous définissons une période où vous pouvez précommander nos foulards, entre 2 à 3 semaines. Nous offrons 20% de réduction pour chaque précommande.

A la fin de cette période, nous faisons imprimer et confectionner les foulards. Pour la confection de nos foulards en 4 et 6 semaines sont nécessaires après la date de clôture des précommandes sur notre boutique.

Nous privilégions une mode plus lente et surtout qualitative. Pour les fêtes de fin d'année, nous proposons les précommandes dès septembre et octobre pour que vous puissiez recevoir vos foulards dans les meilleurs délais.

Our scarves are Oeko-Tex certified, an ecological quality label that guarantees the absence of toxic products for humans and the environment. Our scarves are manufactured in a certified factory, guaranteeing that all stages of production are respectful of the environment, working conditions and employee health.

Deliveries in Metropolitan France are made via Colissimo Suivi and are free for purchases over 150 euros.

Please allow 48 to 72 working hours for your package to be prepared.
As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Delivery by Colissimo generally takes 48 hours (2 working days) - so if you received a shipping confirmation email for example on Monday, you will probably receive your package on Wednesday or Thursday. Note that your package will be delivered to you against a signature.

Deliveries in Europe are made via Colissimo Suivi. As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with the tracking number. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on the local postal services. Your package will be delivered to you against a signature.

A quality dry cleaning is recommended. You can iron your scarf on the "silk" setting.

Of course. You have 14 days to return your order from the date of receipt. You can request an exchange or a refund. In both cases, the product return is free the first time in Metropolitan France.

International Orders:

The return is the responsibility of the customer. Return your order with the carrier of your choice, with a tracking number. You will need to provide us with this tracking number, without which we cannot guarantee the proper receipt of your return, and your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

TERMS

• Each product must be returned in its original condition, new, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse your return.
• The products must each be returned in their original Maison Aldabaran box and their original overpackaging.

We prepare all our orders with the greatest care, each product is packaged in its individual gift box.
