The original works:

For France, we offer free shipping. Each artwork is packaged with the utmost care. Shipping is insured by a carrier, and a tracking number will be sent to you.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the preparation of your package.

As soon as your order leaves the workshop, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Delivery usually takes 48 to 72 hours (2-3 business days).

Silk twill scarves and fine art prints

Deliveries in Metropolitan France are made via Colissimo Tracking and are free for purchases of 145 euros or more when delivered to a collection point.

Deliveries within Europe are made via Colissimo Tracking for scarves and fine art prints, and via courier for original artworks. As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with the tracking number. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on local postal services and couriers.

This artwork is available for pre-order as it awaits its final protective varnish. Once your pre-order is complete, the artwork is reserved for you. It will be delivered to you once varnished and completely dry. For any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Of course. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your order. You can request an exchange or a refund. In both cases, the first return is free within Metropolitan France. After that, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

International orders:

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Return your order using the carrier of your choice, with a tracking number. You will need to provide us with this tracking number; otherwise, we cannot guarantee the successful receipt of your return and your refund.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

The artworks must be carefully packaged without any damage.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our scarves are made of 100% 14 momme silk twill.

Our scarves are Oeko-Tex certified, an ecological quality label that guarantees the absence of toxic products for humans and the environment. Our scarves are manufactured in a certified factory, guaranteeing that all stages of production are respectful of the environment, working conditions and employee health.
