Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping rates and estimates within metropolitan France:
- ORIGINAL WORKS:
Shipping is free within mainland France.
- SILK SCARVES AND FINE ART PRINTS:
Colissimo home delivery with tracking: 7 euros (2 to 4 business days)
Colissimo collection point with tracking: 4.50 euros (2 to 4 working days)
For orders over 150 euros: FREE with Colissimo pick-up point.
For orders over 195 euros: FREE with Colissimo home delivery.
Special case: In the event of reshipment of parcels due to a fault on the part of the customer (e.g., parcel not collected from relay point in time, incomplete or incorrect address...), the customer must bear the actual delivery costs.
International shipping
We offer international shipping services to certain countries in the European Union.
At the moment, we do not ship to countries in: Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas.
ORIGINAL WORKS:
Shipping via courier with tracking number. 3 to 8 business days. Price: 125 euros
SILK SCARVES AND FINE ART PRINTS:
Standard delivery via Colissimo home delivery without signature, with tracking: 3 to 8 business days. Price: €12.50
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Maison Aldabaran is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bonjour@maisonaldabaran.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
