Return Policy
Return policy for France:
You have 14 days to return your order from the date of receipt. You can request an exchange or a refund.
Product returns are free for the first order in Metropolitan France.
Return Policy for International Orders:
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Return your order with the carrier of your choice, along with a tracking number. You must provide us with this tracking number, otherwise we cannot guarantee proper receipt of your return and your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, unwashed, and must each be returned in its original Maison Aldabaran box and original overwrap.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited within a few days.
Please note that we will only refund the price of the item, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us at bonjour@maisonaldabaran.com
Items on sale or on promotion
Only regular-priced items are refundable. We do not refund sale or promotional items.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at bonjour@maisonaldabaran.com.
Shipping
To return your product, contact us via the email address: bonjour@maisonaldabaran.com.
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.
We recommend using a tracking service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
